Love your website! I am trying the 5 minutes of stillness and its pretty amazing how it effects my day... I feel refreshed when I'm done and more open to ideas and promptings. It was hard at first to
keep my mind still for 1 minute, let alone 5, but I kept at it and it's getting easier. Thanks for the inspiration! Can't wait to learn more!
